Shipping Policy

At MyAutismHub (ARGENIX MEDICA SDN BHD), we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and transparently. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • During peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Malaysia (Nationwide)

  • Selected international destinations (subject to courier availability)

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Within Malaysia

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 business days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–10 business days

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Order weight and size

  • Free shipping may be offered for selected products, promotions, or subscription plans (where stated)

All applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before payment.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A tracking number will be sent via email or SMS

  • Tracking updates are subject to courier system availability

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.

6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.

  • MyAutismHub (ARGENIX MEDICA SDN BHD) is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Re-delivery charges may apply if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items received

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia).

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

  • MyAutismHub (ARGENIX MEDICA SDN BHD) is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

9. Order Cancellations After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped:

  • It cannot be cancelled or redirected

  • Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility
